Job Position: Digital Marketer / Social Media Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketer / Social Media Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate and construction, with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics, and audience targeting.

Job Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote real estate listings, construction services, and brand positioning.
  2. Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
  3. Track campaign performance using analytics tools and optimise for ROI.
  4. Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated funnels.

Social Media Management:

  1. Manage and grow the company’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
  2. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, reels, videos, and blog posts.
  3. Monitor social media trends and adjust strategy to improve engagement and visibility.
  4. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Content Creation & Brand Management:

  1. Collaborate with graphic designers and photographers/videographers to create high-quality content for listings, project updates, and promotions.
  2. Ensure consistent brand voice, aesthetics, and messaging across all platforms.
  3. Manage the website content and updates to reflect new properties and projects.

Analytics & Reporting:

  1. Monitor KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, conversion rate, and ad performance.
  2. Provide monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations for growth.
  3. Use SEO and keyword strategies to increase online visibility and traffic.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:

  1. B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
  2. 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries.

Skills & Competencies:

  1. Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO, Canva, and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Mailerlite).
  2. Proficiency in content writing and basic graphic design.
  3. Good photography and video editing skills are an added advantage.
  4. An analytical mindset with the ability to use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.

Salary
N250,000 monthly net
