Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Associate will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

This role involves assisting in content creation, managing social media platforms, monitoring performance metrics, and helping implement data-driven strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

The Digital Marketing Associate works closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly, meet objectives, and continuously improve results.

Your Role

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing strategies for the agency and its clients.

This role involves managing campaigns across multiple digital channels, driving traffic, leads, and conversions, analysing performance data, and continuously improving results using best-in-class marketing practices.

The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, performance-driven, and able to work independently while delivering high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, SEO, and landing pages).
  2. Develop data-driven marketing strategies aligned with client and agency goals.
  3. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  4. Optimise conversion funnels, landing pages, and ad creatives to improve ROI.
  5. Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
  6. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to deliver high-performing campaigns.
  7. Manage budgets, track spend, and ensure efficient use of marketing resources.
  8. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
  9. Proactively suggest and implement strategies to improve campaign performance and client results.
  10. Perform quality checks on live campaigns and ensure tracking is properly set up.

Requirements

  1. A laptop is a must-have.
  2. Strong communication and reporting skills (written and verbal).
  3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing with proven results.
  4. Solid knowledge of performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing).
  5. Experience with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager).
  6. Familiarity with productivity tools (Google Drive, Slack, project management tools).
  7. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  8. Self-driven, organised, and able to manage time effectively.
  9. Open to learning, growth, and experimenting with new marketing strategies.
