Job Position: Digital Marketing & Brand Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing & Brand Officer to lead our digital marketing and branding efforts.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic campaigns that enhance our brand presence, engage our audiences, and drive measurable business outcomes.

This role bridges marketing, communications, and design—managing content, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting cross-functional initiatives across departments.

Job Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Communications:

  1. Plan and execute digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, email marketing, display ads, and social media.
  2. Manage and update website content via CMS platforms; optimise for SEO and performance.
  3. Build and maintain a strong social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.).
  4. Monitor, analyse, and report on key digital metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROI).

Brand Management:

  1. Ensure brand consistency across all digital and physical materials.
  2. Develop and implement brand guidelines and toolkits.
  3. Collaborate with design teams to produce brand-aligned marketing assets.

Content Creation:

  1. Create and curate content (copy, visuals, videos) for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
  2. Work with internal teams and external vendors to develop compelling, brand-aligned storytelling.

Collaboration & Support:

  1. Partner with departments like Sales, Product, and HR to support internal and external branding campaigns.
  2. Assist in organising marketing events, sponsorship activations, and PR initiatives.

Requirements
Education & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, branding, or corporate communications.

Skills & Competencies:

  1. Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and WhatsApp Ad Manager.
  2. Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  3. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling ability.
  4. Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Creative, detail-oriented, and a strategic thinker.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in advertising or the related industry is an advantage.
  2. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or video editing.
  3. Familiarity with Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar CRM and automation platforms.

Salary
N180,000 – N220,000 monthly.
