Job Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing Beviks Realty’s online marketing campaigns, managing its digital platforms, generating qualified leads, and increasing online brand visibility. This role demands creativity, strong technical skills, and a performance-driven mindset.

Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Marketing:

  1. Create engaging content (posts, stories, videos) for social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  2. Manage content calendar and daily posts across platforms.
  3. Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the community online.

Paid Advertising & Campaigns:

  1. Set up and manage online advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  2. Optimise ad performance for lead generation, website traffic, and engagement.
  3. Monitor budget spend and report on ad ROI.

Email Marketing & CRM:

  1. Design and send email campaigns to nurture leads and promote property listings.
  2. Maintain email database and segment lists for targeted communication.
  3. Use CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) to track leads and schedule follow-ups.

Website & SEO:

  1. Ensure the company’s website is up to date with current listings, blog posts, and SEO best practices.
  2. Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  3. Monitor Google Analytics and Search Console for insights.

Lead Generation & Reporting:

  1. Generate and qualify digital leads for the sales team.
  2. Track digital campaign performance and compile weekly/monthly reports.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of experience.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
