Job Position: Graphics Design and Digital Marketing Executive

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design all marketing campaign graphics and develop campaign contents.
  2. Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  3. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing data base, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  4. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  5. Identify potential clients and follow through for buy-in to our services and product lines.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  7. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  9. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree or postgraduate qualification from a reputable institution.
  • An MBA would be an advantage
  • 3-5 years in a core sales/marketing or business development function.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage.
  • Working knowledge in a corporate marketing section of an organization is an added advantage.

Core Competencies:

  1. Proven working experience in digital marketing
  2. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and or display advertising campaigns
  3. Experience of using various digital/ electronic business tools
  4. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  5. Graphics design
  6. Marketing and brand promotion skills
  7. Excellent design, communication and presentation skills
  8. Emotionally and socially intelligent.
