Job Description

  1. We are seeking talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Executives to join our marketing team.
  2. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and generate leads.
  3. We are looking for individuals who possess a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, stay abreast of industry trends, and have a passion for creating effective online campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand promotion.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitors, and use insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  3. Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms (such as Google Ads, social media advertising, display advertising) to maximize reach and conversions.
  4. Create engaging and persuasive content for digital marketing campaigns, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email marketing, and advertisements.
  5. Manage and optimize company website content, ensuring it is search engine optimized, user-friendly, and aligned with the brand’s messaging and objectives.
  6. Utilize analytics tools to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
  7. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful graphics, videos, and other digital assets for marketing campaigns.
  8. Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including database segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
  9. Monitor and manage social media accounts, creating engaging and shareable content, and actively engaging with followers and customers.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, techniques, and industry developments, and provide recommendations for incorporating new strategies into the marketing plan.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and brand representation.
  12. Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities, such as partnerships, influencers, and emerging platforms, and propose innovative strategies to drive growth.
  13. Stay informed about data privacy regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines in all digital marketing activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • 2 – 5 years work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or a similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Understanding of website analytics and key metrics, and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content for various digital channels.
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate ideas and feedback.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

Salary
N45,000 – N70,000 monthly
