Job Responsibilities

  1. Design and execute high-converting campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
  2. Generate, track, and nurture leads through CRM tools to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects.
  3. Craft compelling ad creatives, copy, and content tailored to different audience segments.
  4. Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise for maximum ROI.
  5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to turn hot leads into closed deals.

Requirement

  1. Proven track record in digital marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing (experience in real estate is a strong plus).
  2. Hands-on expertise with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email campaigns.
  3. Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot/CRM, etc.
  4. Strong creative, analytical, and communication skills.
  5. A growth-driven mindset with the ability to deliver measurable results.
