Job Position: Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Lakowe, Lagos

About the Role

Our client, a fast-rising real estate company, is on the lookout for a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can deliver measurable results.

This role is for serious professionals only – if you are innovative, data-driven, and passionate about converting digital traffic into qualified real estate leads, then this is for you.

Position Responsibilities

  1. Design and execute high-performing digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and other channels.
  2. Consistently drive quality lead generation and optimise conversions using CRM tools.
  3. Create compelling content and ad creatives that engage target audiences.
  4. Track, analyse, and report campaign performance to maximise ROI.
  5. Work closely with the sales team to ensure generated leads are effectively nurtured into sales.

Requirements

  1. Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing (experience in real estate is a must-have advantage).
  2. Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, paid ads, and email marketing.
  3. Proficiency in digital tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and HubSpot/CRM.
  4. Strong communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
  5. Must be disciplined, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
