Job Description

  1. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Afrihealth Limited and its products or services.
  2. This role requires an in-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies and channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and PPC.
  3. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving online engagement and sales growth.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  2. Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
  3. Content Management: Oversee the creation and publication of relevant, high-quality content for all digital channels. Collaborate with the content team to develop blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other marketing materials.
  4. SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Manage PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis.
  5. Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze website traffic, conversions, and other key metrics using tools like Google Analytics. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  7. Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget. Allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency.
  8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.
