Job Description

  1. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Miskay, you will play a crucial role in driving online traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
  2. You will be responsible for managing various digital channels, optimizing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to maximize ROI.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid advertising (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and social media.
  2. Conduct keyword research, optimize website/app content, and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  3. Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to increase conversions and revenue.
  4. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  5. Oversee social media management, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and influencer collaboration, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  6. Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content for digital channels that align with marketing objectives.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, social media platforms).
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  5. Creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
