Job Position: Digital Marketing Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Creative Officer with innovative graphic skills to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Job Responsibilities
Graphic Design:

  1. Create visually appealing and engaging designs for digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics, and display ads.
  2. Develop brand identity elements, such as logos, icons, and visual guidelines, to maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms.
  3. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and reflect the brand’s tone and messaging.

Digital Marketing:

  1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  2. Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  3. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  5. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  6. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  8. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  9. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  10. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  11. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  12. designs for different digital platforms and devices to ensure a seamless user experience.
  13. Create visually compelling graphics and images for social media platforms, taking into account the specific requirements and best practices of each platform.
  14. Design social media posts, cover photos, and profile pictures that align with the brand’s visual identity and messaging.
  15. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and reach.

Creative Strategy and Ideation:

  1. Contribute to the development of creative strategies and ideas for digital marketing campaigns.
  2. Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and graphic design.
  3. Brainstorm and present design concepts and ideas to the marketing team.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Sciences, Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field.
  2. Ability of Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication,
  3. Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency setting.
  4. Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design tools.
  5. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  6. Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and channels, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
  7. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  8. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  9. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  10. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  11. Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  12. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
