As we expand our global footprint, we’re seeking a high-performing Senior Digital Marketer with expertise in PPC to scale our performance marketing efforts and drive qualified leads and conversions.

Job Position: Digital Marketing Specialist (with PPC focus)
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

We are looking for an analytical, creative, and results-driven Senior Digital Marketer (PPC Specialist) to lead and manage our performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other paid media platforms. This individual must have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads and conversions in luxury, finance, or high-value B2C environments.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead and execute PPC strategies across Google, Meta, Bing, YouTube, and luxury ad networks.
  2. Plan, set up, optimise, and manage campaigns for lead generation, retargeting, and brand awareness.
  3. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis tailored to high-net-worth users.
  4. Build custom funnels and conversion journeys for different client segments (Luxury Sellers, Buyers, and Investors).
  5.  Analyse campaign performance and report on KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, CTR, Quality Score, etc.
  6. Manage monthly ad budgets (across different geographies) and maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).
  7. Collaborate with the creative team to deliver luxury-aligned ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  8. Run A/B tests to optimise ads, landing pages, and user experience.
  9. Recommend and implement automation tools and AI integrations to improve efficiency.
  10. Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and compliance policies.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 7 years of experience in PPC/performance marketing, preferably in luxury, fintech, or e-commerce.
  2. Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking platforms.
  3. Proven track record of driving high-conversion campaigns with clear ROAS benchmarks.
  4. Strong understanding of audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, UTM tracking, and pixel management.
  5. Experience working with CRM systems, funnel-building tools, and email retargeting platforms.
  6. Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Understanding of the luxury consumer mindset and how to create targeted campaigns that speak to wealth, trust, and exclusivity.
  8. Google Ads and Meta Certifications are a plus.

Preferred Experience

  1. Experience marketing to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI).
  2. Familiarity with luxury product categories: watches, bags, cars, art, or rare collectables.
  3. Experience working in a startup or fast-paced  digital agency environment.
