Job Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Locations: Lagos and Oyo

Job Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media campaigns.
  2. Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  3. Follow up social media trends and create relevant reels and posts.
  4. Conduct keyword research and employ SEO best practices to optimise content
  5. Create various content types (videos, posts, articles, infographics) following our brand guidelines.
  6. Write and review content for websites, social media pages and public communications.
  7. Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans.
  8. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  9. Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
  10. Evaluate emerging technologies.
  11. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  12. Connecting digital investments to enterprise KPIs in order to achieve positive digital transformation.
  13. Measure and monitor company website and social media traffic statistics.
  14. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  15. Collaborate with internal teams to create adapted sales offerings.
  16. Regularly update Hubspot CRM database.
  17. Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels.
  18. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s Degree is a plus.
  • Someone who speaks both french and English.
