Job Position: Digital Marketing Specialist and Social Media Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing and business goals.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Content Marketing: Develop and curate high-quality content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms to engage the target audience.
- Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, segmenting email lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Social Media Marketing: Use social media platforms to promote products/services, engage with the audience, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify areas for improving website conversion rates and implement strategies to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
- Digital Advertising Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively for various digital marketing channels and campaigns.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and business goals.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia.
- Content Calendar: Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and maximize audience engagement.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with the audience, respond to comments and messages, and address customer inquiries or concerns on social media platforms.
- Social Media Advertising: Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve specific marketing objectives.
- Analytics and Insights: Analyze social media performance metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions, to refine strategies and track ROI.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to promote products/services or increase brand awareness.
- Crisis Management: Handle and mitigate any potential social media crises or negative publicity effectively.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on social media performance and present findings to management, along with recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with an ability to create engaging content.
- Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools to drive decision-making.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and other digital marketing software.
