Job Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

  1. Santabella Music Empire is in search of a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives and propel our online presence to new heights.
  2. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to engage our audience and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities
Strategy Development:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Define target audiences, channels, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign.

Content Planning and Creation:

  1. Work with artists and content creators to develop engaging and shareable digital content.
  2. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Social Media Management:

  1. Manage and optimize all social media channels.
  2. Develop and implement content calendars.
  3. Monitor trends and engage with the online community.

Email Marketing:

  1. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
  2. Manage email lists and segment audiences for personalized campaigns.

Paid Advertising:

  1. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
  2. Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI).

Website Management:

  1. Oversee the company website and artist pages.
  2. Ensure content is up-to-date and optimized for search engine optimization (SEO).

Analytics and Reporting:

  1. Utilize analytics tools to track performance.
  2. Generate regular reports to evaluate the success of digital marketing efforts.
  3. Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Collaboration:

  1. Collaborate with artists, management, and other teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall promotional efforts.
  2. Coordinate with external agencies and partners when necessary.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing.
  3. Strong analytical background and ability to create and update reports.
  4. Deep understanding of Afrobeat, hip-hop, Rap, and R&B culture with pre-existing relationships with key tastemakers and influencers.
  5. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
  6. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop, as well as collaboration and asset management tools like Google Drive, Box, Evernote, etc.
  7. Experience in the music business and project management is an added advantage.
  8. Motivated, creative, innovative, organized, detail-oriented, and accustomed to working under tight deadlines.
  9. Ability to thrive in a team environment while taking initiative and working independently.
