Job Position: Digital Media & Communications Lead

Job Location: Lekki, Phase 1, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute a holistic digital media strategy to advance the group’s brand reputation.
  • Create, edit, and publish organic daily content for current social media channels to raise the brand profile and establish the company as an industry leader.
  • Track and schedule social media to ensure efficient and effective coordination of content across the organization.
  • Develop digital campaigns, coordinate and support with social media and email content.
  • Use analytics to monitor and track social media platforms to optimize engagement with digital properties, assess calls to action, and maintain brand reputation, using a variety of online tools.
  • Maintain and ensure brand and tone consistency across all company’s channels.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of social media assets.
  • Keep abreast of current trends in digital media, with a focus on social media best practices, and prepare strategies to respond to the changing media landscape.
  • Market company products and services across all social media channels and meet assigned revenue targets.
  • Advocate and promote better customer journeys, SEO, and accessibility best practices

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 5 years experience is required
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing and Graphic Design
  • Experience in working with Design, Copy, and Product teams
  • Background in digital content project management
  • Experience with agile project management tools and developing timeline workflows
  • Ability to lead project planning and execution, ensuring milestones are met
  • Experience in the management consulting industry/HR Outsourcing or staffing agency is preferred
  • Familiarity with modern analytics tools and social media scheduling software.
  • Experience developing, editing, and producing multimedia products (audio/video podcasts, audio slideshows, YouTube videos, etc.). is considered a bonus.
