Job Position: Digital Performance and CRM Manager

Job Location: Lagos (Remote)

Job Description

  1. We are looking for a Digital Performance & CRM Manager with a passion for developing solid digital marketing channels across our brand, with constant innovation leading to brilliant execution and overall marketing excellence.
  2. You will be responsible for the management of digital accounts and diversifying the channel mix using paid social channels.
  3. You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
  4. Your duties may also include training new employees and maintaining open communication with other departments during the design process.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, and paid ads
  2. Focus on campaign-specific results, and drive the marketing department’s commercial performance
  3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs
  4. Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  5. Develop strategies to ensure that campaigns reach their target audience as effectively as possible
  6. Re-application of best practice
  7. Idea generation and evaluation tools and processes
  8. Focus on driving performance impact mindset and culture when it comes to paid ads and email marketing optimisation
  9. Develop and drive, with commitment and participation from key stakeholders, and markets, the digital marketing strategies including;
  10. Focus on the loyalty, and retention of email marketing strategies
  11. Develop deep knowledge of customer behaviour and insights
  12. Influencing and building capacity to drive effective Paid Ads strategy that delivers brand growth
  13. Ensure appropriate use of data & insight as part of the connections planning process, to understand business challenges and opportunities, and translate them into briefs, as well as predict trends and campaign impact
  14. The ability to see, find and trigger associated memories in a buying context, all resulting in success at the point of purchase
  15. Analyse customer behaviour and monitor strategy implementation in real time
  16. Partnering and collaborating across multiple departments to develop and enhance customisations, optimisations, and best practices for the customer experience
  17. Create new strategies to improve the customer experience based on customer analysis generated from email marketing and customer feedback
  18. Ensure that there is effectiveness and efficiency of media and digital A & P spend, through effective monthly spend tracking.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must:

  1. Have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in strategy and planning of paid ads and email marketing, preferably within a marketing/agency environment
  2. Be a passionate paid ads marketing expert that has seep understanding of the digital marketing landscape
  3. You are constantly curious about customers: Have a deep understanding of customer behaviour across all media channels and an eye on the future to ensure Busha is always at the forefront of change
  4. Be a confident digital native with proven strategic planning ability across all digital channels and platforms (social, display, video, PPC etc) understanding the roles each plays within the consumer journey
  5. A strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment. Always ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  6. Proven ability to craft media planning strategies and activations that have delivered YoY growth
  7. Proven track record for managing funds for ad spends
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  9. Strong personal accountability for great performance.
