Job Description
- We seek a dynamic and results-driven Digital Sales Officer to join our Sales and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and enhancing brand visibility through digital channels.
- As a Digital Sales Officer, you will drive digital sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and optimize online sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Job Responsibilities
Digital Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies that align with the company’s sales objectives, including leveraging SEO techniques for enhanced digital visibility.
- Utilize various digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising (Google Ads), to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility. This includes crafting compelling social media campaigns and optimizing online ad campaigns.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with our customers through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide them with accurate product information and solutions, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. This includes crisis management and addressing any concerns that may arise with a sense of urgency.
- Identify and understand customer needs, tailoring solutions and offerings accordingly to enhance the overall customer experience.
Digital Marketing Integration:
- Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to ensure seamless alignment of sales efforts with marketing campaigns, including blogging initiatives.
- Utilize a variety of digital marketing assets, including content, email marketing, and social media, to enhance sales conversion rates. Craft and disseminate compelling content that resonates with our target audience, boosting our online sales efforts.
- Contribute to the development of digital marketing content and promotions that drive sales.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to gain valuable insights and make data-driven decisions. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying opportunities for sales growth and optimization.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and the effectiveness of our digital strategies. These reports will serve as the basis for informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Monitor the effectiveness of our online sales channels, suggest enhancements, and actively participate in the optimization of these channels to maximize sales.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and sales, with a minimum of 3 years.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance analysis.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience.
