Job Description

  • We’re seeking a Senior Digital Sales Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing digital sales strategies, leveraging innovative techniques to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and ultimately, generate leads and sales.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies, including website optimization, social media engagement, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of digital sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success in achieving sales goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technology, to align digital sales strategies with broader business objectives.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Prepare and present reports and insights to senior leadership, showcasing the impact of digital sales strategies on business performance.
  6. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices, continuously refining and evolving digital sales strategies to drive success.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.
  3. Experience in assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and promoting.
  4. Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns (e.g., performance marketing), with an understanding of online marketing strategy and tactics.
  5. Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
  6. Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
  7. Ability to communicate in English fluently.
