Job Position: Digital Transformation Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • As a Digital Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and drive the company’s overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
  2. Review existing internal business processes and identify areas of improvement.
  3. Assist with the development of new fit-for-purpose digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and improve service level.
  4. Champion digital transformation tools and conduct training to relevant departments within the organization.
  5. Collaborate with relevant teams to analyze digital product data to drive digital transformation.
  6. Lead product launches and drive approved go-to-market strategies.
  7. Manage cash flow by forecasting cash needs and optimizing cash balances.
  8. Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely collections and payments.
  9. Collaborate with senior management to formulate strategic plans and initiatives based on financial insights. Provide guidance on financial implications of business decisions.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
  3. Project management skills.
  4. Adept in executing projects using the agile methodology.
  5. Excellent communication skills
  6. Stakeholder mapping and management
  7. Market trends analysis

Bonus Points:

  1. Demonstrated experience in leading Digital Transformation Initiatives
  2. Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
