Job Description

  • We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Direct Sales Agent to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals. The Direct Sales Agent will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to our company’s growth.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various methods including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential customers.
  5. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  7. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  8. Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and product performance.
  9. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  10. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in Direct Sales or in similar sales roles.
  3. Strong sales and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
