Job Description
- We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Direct Sales Agent to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals. The Direct Sales Agent will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to our company’s growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various methods including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and product performance.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Direct Sales or in similar sales roles.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Salary
N120,000 monthly.
