Job Position: Direct Sales Agent
Job Location: Mainland and Island Lagos – Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential customers through market research, referrals, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our rubber products.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities by actively engaging with leads and following up on inquiries.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including purchasing managers, project managers, and industry professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a deep understanding of product offerings and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts, using our CRM system.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 2 – 5 years work experience.
