Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Agent to join our team. As a DSA, you will be responsible for promoting our healthcare services, acquiring new clients, and building strong relationships with existing ones.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities to promote our home healthcare services
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, hospitals and other healthcare providers
- Promote our services to potential clients and convert leads into sales
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
- HND / BSc in a relevant field
- 1 – 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of the home healthcare industry and its trends
- Good comprehension of the execution of marketing strategies.
