Job Summary

We are seeking driven and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our dynamic team across multiple locations.

The successful candidates will be responsible for driving retail banking product sales, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships to grow the bank’s market share.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Promote and sell the bank’s retail products (savings accounts, current accounts, personal loans, debit/credit cards, etc.) to individuals and SMEs.
  2. Identify prospects and convert them into active customers through field engagement and follow-ups.
  3. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  4. Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  5. Educate customers on digital banking services and assist them in using mobile and internet banking platforms.
  6. Represent the bank professionally at community events and networking opportunities.
  7. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
  8. Work closely with branch operations and customer service teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in any discipline.
  2. 1 – 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, FMCG, or telecoms.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / Month.
