Job Position: E-Business Settlement Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities & Duties

  1. Settlement of the bank’s card transactions, Verve, Mastercard, Visa, etc
  2. Settlement of ATM transactions
  3. Resolution of dispense errors on E Channels (ATM, POS, Web, etc c)
  4. Resolution of Bank USSD failed Airtime, transfers, bill payment, Cash out/Cardless withdrawal
  5. Settlement of customer chargebacks/ refunds.
  6. Daily proofing and monitoring of e-business ledgers.
  7. Daily funding and monitoring offshore card/ settlement account.
  8. Customer service and resolution of card and bill payment disputes
  9. Monthly renditions to CBN, NDIC, and other regulatory bodies

Requirements
Education/Qualification

  1. A Bachelor’s of Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.

Skills Required:

  1. Proficient use of MS Office applications, e.g. Excel, Word, etc.
  2. Relationship Management
  3. Understanding of basic accounting entries
  4. Numerical and analytical skills
  5. Interpersonal skills
  6. Communication skills
  7. Up-to-date knowledge of Inter switch products
  8. Team spirit.
