Job Position: E-Commerce Manager

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

  1. We are seeking a motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team.
  2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce activities, including sourcing vendors, managing orders, supervising drivers, and ensuring smooth operation of the business.
  3. The successful candidate will be practical, mobile, familiar with the Ibadan environment, and possess strong entrepreneurial and sales skills.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Source and manage relationships with vendors to ensure a steady supply of food items.
  2. Collect and manage data of shop owners in Ibadan to build a robust customer base.
  3. Onboard new customers and shops while managing relationships with already onboarded ones.
  4. Oversee the order management process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  5. Supervise drivers to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of products to customers.
  6. Utilize computer skills to manage e-commerce platforms, process orders, and maintain records.
  7. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service to shop owners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  9. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  10. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
  11. He is going to be the brand manager too so he must post on social media.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 0 – 2 years relevant work experience.
  2. Must be familiar with the Ibadan environment.
  3. Strong entrepreneurial spirit and sales experience.
  4. Ability to use a computer and e-commerce platforms effectively.
  5. Must have a mobile phone with the capability to handle business communications and applications.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proven ability to collect and manage data accurately.
  8. Experience in logistics or delivery management is a plus.
  9. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Salary

  • N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
