Job Description

  • The Ecommerce Operations Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of our ecommerce operations.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus to drive online sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
General Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire ecommerce operations lifecycle, including order processing, fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve website performance, conversion rates, and customer experience.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize stock allocation across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective ecommerce campaigns.
  • Analyze ecommerce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and ecommerce platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant ecommerce regulations and policies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Efficient Order Execution: Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment, optimizing logistics for timely delivery and high service standards.
  • Data Analytics Utilization: Leverage data analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and inform operational decisions.
  • Operational Efficiency Analysis: Analyze operational data to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Platform Management: Ensure seamless platform operation, maintenance, and optimization for enhanced user experience and sales.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, allocation, and forecasting to prevent stockouts and overstocks.
  • Customer Experience: Drive improvements in customer satisfaction through efficient order processing, timely shipping, and effective returns management.
  • Shopify and Odoo Management: Oversee platform management, order processing, and customer account management on Shopify and Odoo.
  • 3PL Relationship Management: Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to optimize fulfillment operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce operations management.
  • Proven track record of driving ecommerce growth and profitability.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Odoo, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong Advantage with:

  • Experience in ecommerce (fashion) and retail environment.
  • Proficiency in developing web applications with HTML, CSS, HTL, and JavaScript.
