Job Position: Electrical Engineer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving solar electrical instruments, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes
  2. Test or evaluate solar (PV) cells or modules
  3. Review specifications and recommend engineering or manufacturing changes to achieve solar design objectives
  4. Perform thermal, stress, or cost reduction analyses for solar systems.
  5. Develop standard operation procedures and quality or safety standards for solar installation work
  6. Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment
  7. Good communication skills with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects
  8. Ensuring that installation and operations conforms to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications.
  9. Establishing construction, manufacturing or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations
  10. Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies
  11. Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation
  12. Maintaining electrical equipment.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineer, from an accredited school
  2. PMP experience added advantage
  3. Ability to cooperate and communicate with others, especially those without a technical background
  4. Minimum of 3 years working experience
