Job Description
- We are hiring a seasoned Electrical Engineer to implement complex industrial, commercial, and domestic electrical systems.
- To do well in this role you should be a professional engineer and have extensive experience working on machines as an electrical engineer.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.
- Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
- Conferring with engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.
- Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and preparing electrical systems specifications.
- Troubleshooting on large complex machines.
- Ensuring compliance with specifications, and codes, coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
- Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
- Supervising or training project team members.
- Maintaining electrical equipment.
- Working with a variety of technicians.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited school.
- 2 – 5 years work experience.
- Must be a professional engineer.
- Experience in working ona factory and on large machines.
- Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.
- Proficiency in design and calculation software is an added advantage.
