Job Position: PERSO Engineer

Job Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure Personalization and mailing of various bank cards-VERVE Debit and Prepaid cards, MasterCard Credit or Debit card.
  2. Ensure printing of Combo scheme cards as requested by the client.
  3. Ensure regular maintenance is carried out all PERSO Machines.
  4. Ensure strict adherence to the Quality Control Procedures.
  5. Prompt resolution of all customer related issues.
  6. Technology research.
  7. Develop monthly reports of staff performance.
  8. Develop monthly Personalization reports.
  9. Liaise with Electronic Payplus Limited’s partners and association companies as the situation requires.
  10. Liaise with Delivery unit to ensure timely deliveries within stipulated time as stated in the SLA.
  11. Ensure Shredding of data after successful delivery notification from the Delivery team.
  12. Ensure filling of Shredded Register immediately Shredding is done.
  13. Send notification of data destruction to customers immediately shredding is completed.
  14. Ensure weekly meetings/trainings hold and are communicated to Production staff.
  15. Full compliance with the Standard Operating Procedure and Information Security Policy.
  16. Ensure all Electronic Payplus Limited’s resources in his possession are properly taken care of.
  17. Handles all Administrative duties of the production department and must ensure that the card request and delivery forms are filed appropriately in the right locations.
  18. Must ensure that all production staff comply with requirements for job movement register and other document completion.
  19. Information security as evidence in Information Security Management Strategy Policy and during induction is the responsibilities of all employees and they are to ensure compliance.
  20. Any other role as may be directed by the Production Manager.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Computer Science or any Engineering subject.
  • 2 years relevant working experience.
