Job Position: Entry-Level Sales Account Executive

Job Description

  1. As an Entry-Level Sales Account Executive at eProcess Consulting, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and fostering relationships with existing accounts.
  2. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to understand client needs, present solutions effectively, and achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
  2. Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and industry conferences.
  3. Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, challenges, and pain points related to cybersecurity.
  4. Present and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure.
  6. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to the specific needs and requirements of each client.
  7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and deal progress.
  9. Provide timely updates and reports to sales management on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry, is a plus.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  4. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, products, and sales techniques.
  8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
