Job Description
Administrative Support:

  1. Assist in routine clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  3. Provide general administrative support to team members and management.

Communication:

  1. Effectively communicate with internal team members and external stakeholders when necessary
  2. Draft, proofread, and edit documents, emails, and other written materials as and when needed.
  3. Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

Collaboration:

  1. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
  2. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
  3. Support colleagues in various tasks and projects as needed.

Organization and Time Management:

  1. Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  2. Maintain organized workspaces and assist in maintaining overall office organization.

Learning and Development:

  1. Actively seek opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
  2. Embrace training programs and on-the-job learning experiences to enhance skills.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / HND in any relevant subject
  2. High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications a plus.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
