Job Description
Administrative Support:
- Assist in routine clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide general administrative support to team members and management.
Communication:
- Effectively communicate with internal team members and external stakeholders when necessary
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents, emails, and other written materials as and when needed.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Support colleagues in various tasks and projects as needed.
Organization and Time Management:
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Maintain organized workspaces and assist in maintaining overall office organization.
Learning and Development:
- Actively seek opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
- Embrace training programs and on-the-job learning experiences to enhance skills.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in any relevant subject
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
