Job Position: Executive Assistant / Admin

Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/ Admin to support our Executive Team in achieving our strategic goals.
  2. As an Executive Assistant / Admin, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office. You will manage the executive’s schedule, handle communications, and provide high-level administrative support.
  3. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
Calendar Management:

  1. Schedule and prioritize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive.
  2. Ensure the executive’s calendar is optimized for productivity and efficiency.

Email and Communication:

  1. Manage and monitor the company’s emails, draft responses, and filter incoming communications.
  2. Handle phone calls and inquiries, directing them appropriately.

Meeting Preparation:

  1. Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, and materials.
  2. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Administrative Support:

  1. Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
  2. Assist with special projects and reports as needed.

Gatekeeping:

  1. Screen and prioritize phone calls, visitors, and requests for the executive’s time.
  2. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Research:

  • Conduct research on various topics, competitors, market trends, and industry developments.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree 1-2 years of experience as an EA/Admin or in a similar role.
  2. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in office software and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  5. Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  9. Must have completed NYSC.
  10. Must not be more than 28 years of age.
  11. Live within Yaba and its environs.
  12. Preferable Female for gender balance.
