Job Description
- Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to their Group Managing Director.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments.
- Prioritize and manage email and phone inquiries, directing only critical matters to the MD.
- Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports for the MD.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up.
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and visas.
- Maintain a confidential filing system and ensure smooth office operations.
- Proactively anticipate the MD’s needs and provide solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling software a plus.
- Discreet, professional, and possess a positive and proactive attitude.
