Job Position: Executive Assistant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • Our Client- Imose Technologies Limited, an indigenous Mobile Phone manufacturing company, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO/Managing Director. This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  

Job Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support:
  •    Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. 
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  1. Operational Coordination:
  •  Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Coordinate projects, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  1. Office Management:
  •  Oversee office operations to ensure a smooth workflow. 
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to manage office supplies and resources.
  1. Other Duties:
  •  Assist with personal tasks for the executive when necessary. 
  • Provide support for ad hoc tasks and special projects.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:  

  1. Educational Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or any related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., IAAP Certified Administrative Professional) are an added advantage.
  1. Work Experience:
  •  At least 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. 
  • Prior experience supporting C-level executives is highly preferred.
  1. Technical Skills:
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  1. Core Competencies:
  •  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Salary and Benefits:

  • N300,000 to N400,000 depending on experience
  • Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday and as required by the MD.
