Job Position: Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Job Location: Abuja Municipal, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  1. Manage CEO’s diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
  2. Follow up on appointments and tasks.
  3. Make travel arrangements when needed.
  4. Organise meetings and manage databases.
  5. Organise company events and conferences.
  6. Handle requests, correspondence, complaints and queries appropriately.
  7. Prepare letters, presentationsand reports.
  8. Assist with other administrative tasks as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. HND / B.Sc from a reputable institution
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Internet and database management skills
  4. Working knowledge of office equipment and machinery
  5. Proficiency in MS/Google Office Suite packages
  6. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  7. Attention to detail and organization skills
  8. Proven experience working in same or similar role

Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
