Job Position: Executive Assistant

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
  2. Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics.
  3. Oversee the performance of other clerical staff.
  4. Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
  5. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  6. Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  7. Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
  8. Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executives.
  9. Coordinate travel arrangements.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc in any relevant field.
  • 3 years experiences as an executive assistant.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to keep information discreet and confidential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to pay attention to details.
  • Microsoft office proficiency.
