Job Position: Executive Assistant

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are seeking an Executive Assistant with good managerial skills to assist with the daily business operations
  2. The ideal candidate would be living on the Island preferably and have a positive entrepreneurial attitude to work.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Customer care and problem resolution
  2. Booking cabs and sending out orders for delivery
  3. On site supervision of landscaping or bulk order projects
  4. Procurement of artisans for store set up or utility maintenance
  5. Photography & videography of products (plants and others) and plant installations at clients site
  6. Supervision & welfare management of gardeners, drivers and other support staff
  7. Store management – Book-keeping, Payment Collection & Confirmation, Stock Report, Giving plant care instructions to clients, Product Display Arrangement
  8. Daily report of store activities to CEO
  9. Quality control & inspection of plants and pots delivered by suppliers
  10. Any other assigned job function when required.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with relevant work experience.

Salary
N40,000 – N60,000 Monthly.
