Job Description

  1. We need a polished and professional Executive Assistant (EA) to join our team! In this high-profile role, you will report directly to the Co-Founder, providing administrative support that includes a wide range of real estate, sales, and business operational functions to enable the success and growth of the company.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Working in a hybrid environment, the Executive Assistant will act as the eyes and ears of the Co-Founder for the Abuja office. The EA will successfully communicate and project manage strategic initiatives in line with the Co-Founder’s priorities for the company’s diverse portfolio.
  2. Implement branding, sales and marketing plans which will include networking with companies and organizations in Africa, selling our products and services and other initiatives.
  3. Responsible for the preparation of proposals, creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations to companies in Africa, in person and virtually.
  4. Being responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, including contact outside normal business hours
  5. Additional special projects and other executive admin responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
  • 6+ years’ experience in a similar role; start up experience is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of online tools and software such as MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, Outlook, Zoom and project management tools highly preferred.
  • Strong business, social media, and sales acumen
  • Planning & project management skills; managing & coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Business level written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A team player who is proactive, flexible, results-oriented, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Must Have:

  1. Live in Abuja
  2. Proficiency in Hausa language
  3. Bachelor’s degree required
  4. Must have own transportation
  5. Internet access
  6. Some weekend and evenings will be required.
