Job Position: Executive Assistant
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting the CEO in executing all personal and official/executive tasks.
- Ensuring the proper, smooth, and effective running of the Office of the CEO.
- Managing and coordinating the tasks of all direct reports to the CEO.
- Ensuring efficient management of the CEO’s time and priorities.
- Anticipating the needs of executives and providing proactive solutions to potential challenges.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related medical field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related medical field is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Must be presentable, well-spoken, process-oriented, composed, able to work under pressure, and a self-starter.
Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
