Job Description

  1. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant.
  2. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team by providing administrative, organizational, and operational assistance.
  3. You will be responsible for managing the executives’ calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and handling confidential information with utmost discretion.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently
  2. Coordinate and organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
  3. Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents for executive meetings
  4. Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders
  5. Handle and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls
  6. Conduct research, gather data, and provide support for projects and initiatives as assigned
  7. Manage expense reports and budget tracking for executives
  8. Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  9. Ensure smooth coordination of meetings, events, and conferences.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  2. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
  5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
  6. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while multitasking
  7. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  8. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
