Job Position: Executive Assistant to Founder (Luxury Beauty & Lifestyle)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time  (Hybrid)

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly organised, tech-savvy, and professional Executive Assistant to support our Founder across business and personal operations.

As the go-to person, you’ll ensure seamless day-to-day admin, special projects, events, and brand operations.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Executive & Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Founder, including calendar management, email management, and travel coordination. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain confidentiality.
  2. Business Operations: Support business operations by managing payments, invoices, and financial records. Liaise with internal team members, freelancers, and external partners to achieve business objectives.
  3. Brand & Content Support: Help manage content calendar and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate with creatives to produce high-quality content and manage influencer requests.
  4. Client & Personal Support: Handle discreet communication with high-profile clients and stakeholders. Arrange appointments, gift deliveries, and special requests when needed.
  5. Personal & Household Support: Provide support with personal tasks, including scheduling, home admin, and event planning. Act as a liaison between the founder and household staff.

Requirements

  1. 2-4 years of EA/PA experience (beauty, fashion, media, or events preferred)
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
  4. Highly organised and resourceful, with a strong sense of initiative
  5. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Drive, Canva, Instagram, and basic business tools
  6. Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with exceptional attention to detail.

What We Offer

  1. Salary: N200,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
