Job Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Acting as the first point of contact for the CEO among executives, employees, clients and other external stakeholders.
  2. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  3. Maintaining an effective filing system and storage of records in compliance with the stipulated internal processes and archival systems.
  4. Preparing reports, letters of solicitation, proposals, presentations and research documents as required.
  5. Organising and dispatching presentations, reports, letters and memos with the strictest confidence.
  6. Effectively diarizing and managing the calendar of the CEO including all correspondences.
  7. Supporting with accommodation arrangements for all expatriates in the business
  8. Assisting with all travel arrangement in the business.
  9. Coordinating the CEO’s meetings and strategic activities with the senior leadership team.
  10. Providing administrative support on matters relating to the Leadership Team and expatriates in the business.
  11. Conducting research on prospective corporate and foundation donors to identify and evaluate current needs and assembles materials needed for the proposals received.
  12. Assisting in organising company specific events e.g Manager’s Conference, Town Hall Meetings, Board meetings and events alongside associated logistics etc.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in any field of study
  2. Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a similar role.
  3. Good stakeholder management kills.
  4. Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  5. Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
  6. Good communication skills.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills.
