  • Job Position: Executive Assistant to the MD
  • Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is expected to:

  • Uphold MD’s productivity by managing calendar, schedules and handling administrative tasks
  • Facilitate product and proposal development through in-depth research and provision of current, market information
  • Project company’s positive image through professionally written communication and oral engagements
  • Support MD’s brainstorming efforts, peace of mind, and customer satisfaction through specific communication, proactive problem solving, and openness to learning
  • Manage company’s partners and freelancers by following up, communicating effectively, escalating, and monitoring project action items

Job Requirements
The ideal person should have the following skills and attributes:

  • Candidates should possess a Master’s degree, BSc, MBA  qualification
  • Must have 5-10 years of work experience.
