Job Position: Executive Assistant to the MD
Location: 75 Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos

Job Descriptions

  1. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director.
  2. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the MD’s day-to-day schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling confidential information, and supporting various strategic initiatives.
  3. This position requires excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
  2. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the MD
  3. Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  4. Assist with project coordination and follow-up on key tasks.
  5. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  6. Organise travel and arrangements and manage expense reports.

Qualifications

  1. HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, communications, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role with at least 2 years experience.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  4. Ability to work independently, prioritise, and handle multiple tasks.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
