Job Position: Executive Assistant to the MD

Job Descriptions
- We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing the MD’s day-to-day schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling confidential information, and supporting various strategic initiatives.
- This position requires excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the MD
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on key tasks.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Organise travel and arrangements and manage expense reports.
Qualifications
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role with at least 2 years experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise, and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Salary
N120,000 monthly.
