Job Position: Executive Coordinator
Location: Lagos-based with hybrid flexibility
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Coordinator to support the Executive Chairman of Spacefinish and Campus HQ.
This role is critical in enabling the Chairman to focus on high-level strategic priorities by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth execution of business and personal commitments.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the Executive Chairman’s calendar, schedule, and travel logistics.
- Screen, prioritise, and draft correspondence (emails, letters, internal communications).
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up action trackers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (MD, CFO, HODs) and external partners, clients, and investors.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as required.
- Support personal administration tasks to ensure the Chairman’s focus remains on business priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 4+ years’ experience as an Executive Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and project management platforms.
- Must be available for travel as required.
