Job Position: Executive Coordinator
Location: Lagos-based with hybrid flexibility

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Coordinator to support the Executive Chairman of Spacefinish and Campus HQ.

This role is critical in enabling the Chairman to focus on high-level strategic priorities by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth execution of business and personal commitments.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the Executive Chairman’s calendar, schedule, and travel logistics.
  2. Screen, prioritise, and draft correspondence (emails, letters, internal communications).
  3. Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up action trackers.
  4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (MD, CFO, HODs) and external partners, clients, and investors.
  5. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  6. Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as required.
  7. Support personal administration tasks to ensure the Chairman’s focus remains on business priorities.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  2. 4+ years’ experience as an Executive Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure.
  6. High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  7. Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and project management platforms.
  8. Must be available for travel as required.
