Job Description:

  • Ability to ensure the company financial books are kept up to date.
  • Ability to ensure backup documents required for invoice submission are followed up on and invoices are prepared /submitted timely
  • Ability to ensure budgets are prepared and submitted on time annually for effective planning,
  • Ability to ensure a good cash flow management is put in place and also adopts a performance monitoring technique that can show its effectiveness.
  • Ability to ensure proper follow up on submitted invoices for payments
  • Ability to ensure salary /Allowance schedules are submitted and efforts(pursuance of inflows) put in place to enable the payments,
  • Ability to ensure Prepare management accounts and ensure you get management attention to discuss the prepared accounts and provide advice where necessary
  • Ability to ensure Follow up on Tax-related issues and other financial regulatory payments.
  • Ability to ensure Play advisory role to management in areas of investment and expansion
  • Ability to ensure the internal control policy of the company is active and review where and when necessary,
  • Ability to ensure you are involved in all the company project financial planning

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: HND, BSC
  • Experience: 3-10years
  • Age: 25-45
  • Location Preference: someone Resident in Phc
  • Sex: male or female
  • Skills: Ability to efficiently use accounting Softwares like QuickBooks etc
