Job Position: Experienced Inventory Officer
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of inventory records
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Analyze inventory data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Work with the purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt and shipment of inventory
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory documentation and records
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper accounting treatment of inventory
- Assist with other projects and initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail or ecommerce environment
- Proficient in inventory management software and Google sheet
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with beauty and wellness products and inventory management is a plus.
Remuneration
- Salary: N50,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
