1.   HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Job Description/Requirement:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions for design, production, and administrative roles.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and promoting team collaboration among designers, artisans, and support staff.
  • Training & Development: Identify and address training needs; plan and organize employee skill development programs.
  • Performance Management: Set performance targets and conduct performance appraisals for employees.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Develop salary structures, manage payroll, and ensure all employees are compensated fairly and by company policy.
  • Compliance: Ensure the company complies with labour laws and industry regulations.
  • Health & Safety: Oversee workplace safety programs and ensure the environment is conducive to creativity while adhering to safety regulations.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities, including team-building events and initiatives to enhance morale.
  • Must possess a degree or HND in Human Resource Management or any other related field.
  • Must have a good knowledge and use of Microsoft office and Excel.

Remuneration
N150,000 – N200,000

2.  ACCOUNTS OFFICERS

Job Description/Requirement:

  • Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are logged in the appropriate accounts.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices and payments to vendors, as well as receive and record payments from clients.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Tax Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax filings and tax returns in compliance with local tax laws.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitor spending to ensure compliance.
  • Cost Analysis: Track and analyze costs, particularly in production, materials, and logistics, to maximize profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Audit Support: Assist in external and internal audits by providing necessary financial documents.
  • Must possess a degree or HND in Accounting or any other related field
  • Must have a good knowledge of Excel and other accounting software eg quick book.

Remuneration
N100,000 – N120,000

3. FIELD MARKETERS

Job Description/Requirement:

  • Market Research: Identify and evaluate potential markets and clients in the logistics industry.
  • Client Acquisition: Generate new leads and build relationships with businesses in need of logistics services (e.g., warehousing, transportation, supply chain management).
  • Sales Presentations: Present the company’s services to prospective clients, focusing on their specific logistics needs and solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide ongoing communication and support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
  • Brand Promotion: Promote the company’s brand and services through direct outreach, including attending events, trade shows, and meetings with potential clients.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Track leads, sales progress, and performance metrics. Provide regular reports to management on sales activities and results.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitors’ offerings and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Must possess a degree of HND in Marketing or any other field
  • Must have good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and relevant software.
