Job Position: Facility Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Fostering a professional working environment.
  2. Inspecting and repairing electrical and plumbing services.
  3. Managing janitorial duties.
  4. Ensuring adequate catering and vending services.
  5. Undertaking building and grounds maintenance.
  6. Ensuring facilities are always clean.
  7. Installing and managing air conditioning services.
  8. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  9. Managing waste disposal systems.
  10. Ensuring a constant security presence.
  11. Installing and maintaining adequate communications infrastructure.
  12. Managing parking facilities and ensuring space.
  13. Overseeing refurbishments and renovations.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must have a Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3+ years in facilities management.
  • Singles preferably
  • Project management skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Multitasking ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management.

Salary Budget
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
